These pictures where inspired by Jason Powell's 'Looking into the past' project, where he takes old images of a specific location, and matches it into the newer location to show time passing. I really enjoyed taking these photos and finding that you're standing in the same exact place, taking the same picture that someone once was standing there taking around 40-50 years ago. It was also really interesting getting to see and research all the old shops, and seeing my local town as it was in the past, and how it has evolved.
