For christmas, I was lucky enough to receive an apple watch, this is something I have been wanting for a long time! Me and my family are big apple users and always keep an eye out for new things they release, and get excited to try them out. Whilst I was researching the iwatch earlier in the year, I found it hard to find a clear description of its features and tricks, so I thought I would write a little bit about it!

FEATURES
Here is the menu selection for all of the apps.
You can text your friends, you can choose from either speaking into the microphone, which you can then send as a voice message or you can turn the voice message into words, or you can choose from a selection of options such as 'Whats up?' 'I'm in my way.' 'OK' 'Sorry, I can't talk right now.' As well as many more!
You can also scroll through your photos which you have taken on your phone.
One cool feature of the watch is that you can take a picture on your phone, via your watch. which is really useful when taking group photos with your family/friends.
You can use Shazam, to find the name of a song on the radio or on the TV, quickly and easily, right on your wrist.
Notifications also pop up on the screen, when someone messages you on Facebook, sends you a snapchat, mentions you in a tweet, follows/comments/likes an image on your Instagram, You can also manually select which apps (providing they are compatible with the watch) you want to add to your selection of apps on your watch, I have chosen Instagram and Twitter, however notifications from other apps on my phone such as Facebook for example, which do pop up, but if the app is not compatible, you will have too view it on your phone. However, notifications such as a Facebook message, you have the ability to select to select 'Mute' 'Dismiss' or you can send a Thumbs Up emoji!
Instagram is another app that so far is compatible with the Iwatch, when you click on the app, it takes you to a page which you can choose to look at 'Feed' or 'Activity.' You can like, comment and look at a small section of a persons profile.
On the Twitter app, you can choose to look at your 'Timeline' and 'Top Trends.' You can also Favourite, Retweet, and reply by sending emoji's, or reply by speaking into the microphone.
There is also an Alarm, Stopwatch and a Timer.
You can also look at the weather in your location as well as others, in detail for that day, as well as the weather and temperature (highs and lows) for the next 10 days.
You can also map, where you can mark your location and find out the current address where you are situated.
A calendar is also available, where you can add your upcoming events.
You can click on the phone app, and look through your contacts where you can phone or text someone. You can also receive calls too!
You can also check your emails, and if you touch the screen with a slight force, three options will appear, this is known as force touch. The three options are 'Flag' 'Unread' and 'Archive.'
You can also set up your remote for your TV.- which I have not yet done.
Another cool feature, has to be that you can play music, from your phone, via the iwatch.- Pretty cool!
To charge the watch, it comes with a magnetic charging cable.
Once you're on the main screen- with the time, date etc- if you scroll upwards and then scroll back and forth, you can then quickly see lots of other features such as...

OTHER FEATURES
Other apps include, settings, where you can adjust the time, put the watch in Airplane mode, Bluetooth, Sounds and Haptics, and Passcode. Another setting is general which includes turning on certain features for example, you can 'Activate on wrist raise'- where the screen lights up when you raise your wrist! - Handy!
